Small Setacci contemporanei

Vase, totem, small ceramic sculpture that evokes the ancient sieves, reinterpreted in a contemporary style. Two elements joined together, to be placed on both sides. On the one hand as a flower pot, on the other as a decorative object.

Setacci Contemporanei [Contemporary Sieve] is a collection of totems, small ceramic sculptures.
The project is inspired by the peasant culture also recalled in the details of the manufacturing: the outer surface has been 'scratched' in two different ways to make it rough and remind the twisted straw characteristic of the sieves.

Each totem is double-face: based on the side chosen, Contemporary Setacci become a vase or sculpture, container or centerpiece.
