Shipping of purchased items can be arranged for Italy, Switzerland, EU countries within the following zones and North America (United States and Canada).

  • Zona 1: Austria, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Pr. di Monaco
  • Zona 2: Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland), UK, Spain, Portugal
  • Zona 3: Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia,  Slovenia, Hungary
  • Zona 4: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cipro, Croatia, Greece


Products are shipped directly from the designers, from different locations. The details about location and time required for shipment can be found in the summary sheet for each product.

Should you purchase items from different designers located in different cities, the delivery might be scheduled for different days.

Shipping prices are calculated automatically by our website on the base of your location after the registration process, before the check-out.


Delivery is carried out by TNT or FEDEX Courier in working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. It is not possible to pick a specific delivery time, we recommend you select a delivery address where someone is always present.

Once the shipping process has started, you will receive an email with the shipping recap data and tracking number, for you to be able to follow your purchased items.

The shipping of items featuring big volume and that require special care during transportation, will be managed by experienced furniture Courier whose delivery times vary based on locations.

Our standard delivery for all the products is doorstep.
If you need to have the products delivered at floor, send an email to with the following details (floor, stairs or elevator) and will check the availability and the cost of the service in your area.

At the time of delivery of the purchased products by the Courier, you is required to verify that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner.

Any damages to the packaging must be immediately indicated to the Courier or written on the delivery's note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by you, you may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel.


Should no one be present for the delivery, the courier will leave a note certifying the attempted delivery and the parcel will be stored in the nearest branch. On the note you will find info on how to get in contact with the courier WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 3 DAYS, and reschedule the delivery.

After the 3 days, the parcel will stay in the TNT branch up to 15 day, at the end of which it will be sent back to the sender and the shipping prices shall be borne by you.

After 30 days, the contract will be considered terminated and Debou will proceed to the refund of the expenses, net of the abovementioned shipping costs.
