The young brand ALBERTA Florence, in its variations of Interior and Exclusive Clothing, bears the signature of Giulia Mondolfi, landscape architect, passionate about nature, art and design. Passions that have directed her towards the creation of unique pieces, which arise from the recovery of precious furnishing fabrics. Scarves, belts, cushions and total looks inspired by the classic elegance of the past, reinterpreted in a current and contemporary key. ALBERTA Florence is a brand that does not follow fashion, but proposes itself as a concept of timeless accessories.

A brief description of your collection

I design timeless clothes and accessories, out of fashion. The latest collections are inspired by nature, its rhythms, its times and its certainties. This winter I "stole" flowers, leaves, colors from the hills around Florence in order to bring the emotions and colors of the Tuscan countryside into the city in autumn. My goal is to make female portraits that look to the past to redesign a feminine, elegant and aware future.

Where does your inspiration come from?

My life experience is the fundamental engine of my creativity. In fact, each dress is influenced by the places where I spent my childhood (Rome, Florence and its hills, the Maremma), by the love I have always had for plants and flowers, by my passion for furniture and of course my studies in architecture. I also continually draw on the world of art and literature. I am inspired by characters from famous novels or paintings, and very often by women of the past with a strong personality and strong character such as architects, painters and writers.
