Kiasmo for Umami project is a new dialogue between the artist Vincenzo D'Alba and the chef Felice Sgarra, a creative fusion between art and cuisine.

In Gaster IV the surface becomes a unique place where the unreal strength of the sign meets the reality of the food and its forms.

Each plate is signed by the author on the back and comes with a warranty and authenticity certificate.
