Nino Small Sculpture

Mini sculpture, decorative object, Nino is the design reinterpretation of the classic garden gnome. Little brother of the larger sculpture, Nino small is available in different colours.

Born from the collaboration between Plato Design and the designer Pellegrino Cucciniello, Nino investigates with irony how language can overturn the perception of a kitsch icon, the garden gnome, giving it the deserved dignity.

The union between the low-poly language of 3D models and the monochromatic concrete handcrafted in Italy was the key to restoring dignity to this object. The refined materials and details, the calibrated geometric abstraction and the imperceptible optical corrections make each piece unique.
